30 x 30 Praise Report

Jul 5th, 2006 by Nathan | 0

Amber and I didn’t get a chance to watch fireworks this Independence Day, but it may be the best 4th of July we’ve ever had. First, we’ve had a wonderful time visiting with family this week in Marianna and Panama City, Florida. We’ve played games, games, and more games. And we’ve eaten a lot. A typical family gathering.

But to make it even more special, we’ve received six emails this week from people feeling led to become 30 x 30 supporters! Obviously, God is answering our prayers - and the prayers of our ministry team - in a MAJOR WAY!!! Please keep the prayers coming. I’d love to report back that the 30 x 30 campaign has become the 20 x 30 campaign!

We are so encouraged by all of you - our readers, supporters, and friends. And we thank God for sending such generous and caring people into our lives. We have so much to be thankful for this 4th of July. I’ll leave you with this passage again - since it’s become so personal and so real to me in the past couple of days:

“Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”
1 Timothy 6:17-19

I hope these words encourage you as much as they’ve encouraged me. Thanks for reading. And thank you even more for praying. God bless and happy Fourth!
