30 x 30 Update: On the Home Stretch!

Aug 13th, 2006 by Nathan | 0

I just have a minute in between Seacoast services today (which were awesome) and a meeting this afternoon with the medical mission team set to come to Costa Rica in October/November. But I have to update you on how quickly God is bringing in new supporters.

As of this afternoon, we have $2,425 in monthly support pledges - meaning we only have $285 to go to reach our goal of $2,710. That’s only 10 percent to go! And in terms of the 30 x 30 campaign, we now need only ten more individuals, couples, or families to sign up as $30 monthly supporters!

I can’t tell you what a blessing it was this weekend for Pastor Greg to mention our story, our ministry, and how God used a simple invitation to church to change Amber’s life - and consequently my life - forever. God is using that testimony to connect so many more Seacoasters with our ministry - people interested in doing missions, in praying for missionaries, and in supporting the ministry. This weekend has been amazing. God is awesome.

Okay, off to my meeting. Thank you all so much for your prayers and encouraging words. I promise to have the video from this weekend’s services - as well as a link to Greg’s message - on the blog this week (hopefully tomorrow). Until then, God bless.
