“Citizens Power Councils” Stir Fear of Dictatorship

I found an interesting article today on the “Citizens Power Councils” set up by Daniel Ortega’s Sandinista government here in Nicaragua. I’ll withhold my opinion on “CPC” and the political situation; I’ll just say that it’s an interesting debate, we’re paying attention, and praying for a positive outcome.
