Christ for the City International is celebrating six years of ministry in Nicaragua this week! And Year Seven looks like it’s going to be one of the most eventful, action-packed, ministry-filled years to date. What an honor to be a part of God’s exciting work!

We have a “new” car! And it’s exactly the vehicle we were praying for: seats 5-7, AC, 4×4. Oh yeah, and it’s a Nissan, my personal favorite. (This will be my third Nissan: first was the ‘85 Pulsar, then an ‘01 Frontier, and now a ‘99 Pathfinder.) Thank you for praying for us [...]

We’re finished packing!
Amazingly, our whole life fits nicely into four 50-pound suitcases, two carry-ons, and two backpacks.
With packing out of the way, I have the rest of the afternoon to enjoy my last one of these before we head to Nicaragua tomorrow…

That’s right, in exactly six days, two hours, and thirty-nine minutes we’re boarding a plane for Nicaragua!
The countdown is on.
